Managing your account
To access your account settings click on the "Logged in as ..." in the top right corner. There are 3 tabs that let you customize your account: Profile, Plan and Users.
Profile
On the "Profile" page you can specify such details of your account as first and last name, password and user name. You can also choose your userpic. The userpic will be displayed next to the versions of the files that you submitted.
Plan
Here you can see the details of your current account plan, and extend or upgrade your account. The top of the page displays the information about your current plan: plan type, expiration date, balance and the storage space chart. Here you will also find the buttons to the renewal (payment) and upgrade pages. The difference between upgrading and renewing is very simple: when you upgrade your plan you just switch to a plan with more storage space. You don't have to pay any additional money in order to upgrade your plan - we will recalculate your expiration date considering your new price plan and the amount of money that you have on your account. Please note - if you are on the Free plan, or if you don't have enough money on your account, you will be asked to make a payment before upgrading. To renew your account means to make a payment in order to push your expiration date back. We use PayPal to process payments. Paypal is universally recognised as a safe and secure payments system, and you can pay using your PayPal account or using any other major payment method such as credit cards.
Upgrading your account
Select the price plan suitable for you and press the Upgrade button next to it. You will see a brief page with the details of your current and new price plans, and the buttons "Upgrade" and "Upgrade ad Extend". If you are upgrading from the free plan, or if you have little money on your account, the "Upgrade" button will be disabled, and you will need to make a payment. T do so, please press the "Upgrade and Extend". On the next page you will be able to choose the period you wish to pay for. After pressing the "Ok, I'm ready to pay" button you will be redirected to Paypal. Once you complete the payment return to PixelNovel by pressing the appropriate button. At the bottom of the page you will see the list of payments made into your account.
